The parent business of Kudos Shower Products, the SanSwiss Group, has declared that it would be rebranding as RONAL Bathrooms, the new bathroom and wellness branch of RONAL GROUP, with its headquarters located in Härkingen/Gunzgen, Switzerland.The Swiss holding firm SanSwiss AG has been doing business as RONAL Bathrooms AG as of February 1st, 2024.Starting on April 1, 2024, the European SanSwiss sales businesses will have a new name. The new name highlights RONAL Bathrooms' close ties to the RONAL GROUP, of which it is a fully owned subsidiary."The newly named RONAL Bathrooms division for bathrooms and wellness will grow gradually," stated Oliver Brauner, CEO of the RONAL GROUP. It enhances the core business of RONAL Wheels, one of the top producers of light alloy wheels for automobiles and trucks in the globe."The name change with a new brand identity recognises the growth of the company and also the fact that we have developed a good deal further in the direction of a comprehensive solution provider and reliable partner for the bathroom and wellness sector with the expansion of the brand and product portfolio and the acquisitions of GLASS 1989 (Italy), KAROL Italia (Italy), and KUDOS Group (Great Britain) last year," said a joint statement from co-MDs Olivier Gunther and Sebastian Hainz of the newlyWe will keep expanding alongside RONAL Bathrooms, making anti-cyclical market investments, and communicating in our external presentation a definite and long-term commitment to the sanitary industry in tandem with our parent company based in Switzerland.
