According to Hansgrohe, important stakeholders and clients will be able to see the company's new Warwick, UK, headquarters in April. Together with Jay Phillips, MD for Hansgrohe UK & Ireland, Hans Juergen Kalmbach, CEO of the Hansgrohe Group, will formally inaugurate the company's brand-new, purpose-built main office in Warwick.
As part of a £5 million investment, the company's headquarters are moving to Tournament Fields, southwest of Warwick. This move represents a significant milestone in the company's strategic growth objectives. With 40,000 square feet of space, the new head office has more than doubled the area of Hansgrohe's former UK headquarters in Surrey. The move puts the company even closer to its clientele, increasing the chances for in-person interactions between showroom and merchant shops. This is bolstered by a robust customer care department and ample inventory availability.
Last year, Hansgrohe made its debut into the ceramics, furniture and mirror markets with the introduction of a whole new line of products at the ISH trade show. As part of a larger goal to become a provider of whole bathroom solutions, the new headquarters has 5,000 square feet set aside for a showroom where clients can view and feel the expanded line. Working water displays will also highlight the company's extensive line of premium showers, taps and accessories, which are available under the two brands AXOR and Hansgrohe.
Retail consumers and installers will be able to tour the new facility, meet the team, and see it after its official opening at the end of April. This includes the brand-new, custom Installer Academy, which will provide specialised Hansgrohe training support for trade professionals later in the year, and the brand-new, dedicated, cutting-edge display area. In addition to improving trade access to technical support from Hansgrohe's product experts, the training facility extension will give dealers the chance to gain firsthand, hands-on experience with a wide range of company products.
Hansgrohe's modern "Water Studio" in Clerkenwell, central London, currently provides excellent service to the architecture and design community, and this facility will stay in operation. The new head office was built by nearby contractors Benniman Ltd. and designed by Warwick-based architects Costorphine & Wright. It is the perfect location for a central hub for office and distribution activities because it is conveniently accessible from the M40.
"Everyone at Hansgrohe UK is in the midst of an immensely exciting time," stated Jay Phillips, MD of Hansgrohe UK & Ireland, who is shown. With ongoing product innovation and industry leadership, we have big plans to grow the business in the upcoming years. An important factor in advancing this commitment is the considerable investment we have made in our brand-new, cutting-edge headquarters. All of our services—including training, warehousing, and distribution—will be housed under one roof, allowing us to better serve our customers' hectic schedules and assist them in running their businesses. This will enhance our already excellent stock and service standards and further supports our aim to be the "easiest to do business with." Furthermore, our retailers and installers can reach us more easily than before because to our strategic placement right off the M40.
